Patients Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and all the relevant information required for correct and speedy diagnosis and treatment.
- To follow the treatment plan recommended by your doctor
- Inform himself/ herself fully before taking a decision, but having taken a decision must accept the consequences of the decision
- Follow the treatment advised by the doctor.
- Respect the right of other patients and the hospital staff/management.
- Take care of his/her health records that are in his/her possession.
- Care for and protect the hospital environment & to keep the hospital clean.
- To maintain cleanliness of the Hospital premises.
- Follow the hospital rules and regulations to enable staff to care for you.
- To take care of your belongings.
- Respect the hospital as “NO SMOKING ZONE”.
- Do not give bribe to anyone.
