PPP Dialysis Project
Department
of Health & Family Welfare, GNCT of Delhi has been providing high quality
haemodialysis services at low prices to the entire populace of Delhi and free
of charge to the poor and identified patients through PPP Dialysis Project. The
Project was started in year 2013.
Under
this Project, the Haemodialysis Centres on PPP mode are functioning in three
GNCT Delhi hospitals namely – Lok Nayak Hospital, Rajiv Gandhi Super Speciality
Hospital and Dr. Hedgewar Arogya Sansthan.
The
eligibility criteria for availing cashless haemodialysis services at Dialysis
Centres (PPP mode) are as follows:
1.
Income criteria – Annual income up to Rs 3 lakhs as identified on the
basis of Income Certificate issued by Revenue Deptt., GNCTD or
National Food Security Card.
2.
Residency criteria - bonafide resident of Delhi for more than three
years, identified on the basis of Ration card, Driving license, Aadhar card,
Voter ID, Domicile Certificate issued from area SDM, Passport and Extract from
the Electoral Roll.
