Delhi Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Minorities and (D.S.F.D.C) is a state owned Corporation, incorporated to formulate and implement various income generating schemes for economic upliftment and all round development of the target group beneficiaries. The mission of the Corporation is to formulate and implement various financial and development schemes for overall socio economic development of weaker sections of the society.

This Corporation has also been designated as State Channelising Agency (SCA) in National Capital Territory of Delhi for National Apex Corporation’s viz.

1. National Scheduled Castes Financial & Development Corporation;(NSFDC)
   
2. National Scheduled Tribes Financial & Development Corporation;(NSTFDC)
   
3. National Safai Karamcharis Financial & Development Corporation;(NSKFDC)
   
4. National Minorities Development & Financial Corporation; (NMFDC)
   
5. National Backward Classes Financial & Development Corporation and; (NBCFDC)
   
6. National Handicapped Financial & Development Corporation; (NHFDC)
   

 Hence, any eligible prospective beneficiary can apply for financial assistance under  any  scheme for  income generating  purposes. The DSFDC  has set-up an Entrepreneur  Guidance  Cell  at  each branch  which  functions  from  10.00  A.M.  to  3.00 P.M. for  dissemination  of  information  in  the  most  précised  and  lucid  manner.

Forms  are  issued “free of cost”, from all the three Branch Offices as well as Head Quarter of the Corporation.
