What are the timings of OPD? In case of serious patients, how it is treated/ attended to after OPD  timings.

Ans.

The OPD timings are 9A.M. to 1.00 P.M. on Monday to Friday and 9.00 P.M. to 12.00 P.M. on Saturday. The serious patients can always be treated/attended to in Casualty, which runs round the clock.

What are the charges for treatment?

Ans.

It is a State Govt. run free hospital. Medicine/Investigations/ Food is provided free of Cost.

Whether Nursing Home facilities / Private / Separate rooms facilities are available in the hospital ?

Ans.

No. 

Q6.

At present Neuro-surgery is not established. In case road accident victims or other Trauma patient come in this Hospital, how it is handled ?

Ans.

In case, the treatment is not available in this    Hospital, the patients are referred to other hospital, after giving available treatment in the Hospital, for further management, in the Hospital ambulances with the services of one accompanying Doctor, in such type of cases.

Summer     Morning 6-00 A.M. to 8-00 A.M.
                  Evening   5-00 P.M. to 7-00 P.M.
               
Winter        Morning 7-00 A.M. to 9-00 A.M.
                  Evening   4-00 P.M. to 6-00 P.M.
             
However one attendance pass is issued to each patient for his / her attendant.

Whether blood for transfusion is available in the Hospital required in emergent/ operation cases?

Ans.

This hospital has been declared as Regional blood Transfusion Centre and it is catering to the requirements of blood for all health facilities including the private Nursing homes in west Delhi. The blood is issued only on voluntary exchange. Professional donors are discouraged

During OPD hours -Public Relation Officer and after OPD hours - Chief Casualty Medical Officer ( C.C.M.O.) at casualty.
